Meet some of our students.
Every one of our students is different. And the more different the better.
The world needs young people who are capable of thinking for themselves.
Young people who are willing to question the status quo.
Meet some of our students, and hear directly from them about what they're doing.
“Youth Inc. really is a gem of an education system. Traditional school never really worked for me and I’m glad I’ve found this place. I already had goals and motivation before I came here. Youth Inc. solidified that for me by believing in, encouraging and providing me with the opportunities to explore and build the life that I want to live.”
I am a young Aboriginal East Arante artist, that’s at the core of my identity. Youth Inc. helped me put together two art exhibitions. I am currently working on multiple murals. One is at Youth Inc. where I am using Indigenous symbolism to show the sense of community Youth Inc. provides.
Youth Inc. has provided me with the resources and opportunities to explore and discover my passions and purpose going forward in life. I can really discover myself here. The people I’ve met, the friends I’ve made and the experiences I’ve had are forever life changing!
Youth Inc. helps me in so many ways. I am forever grateful for the social and work skills I have developed here. With the support of Youth Inc. I’m able to learn more about my passion for photography.
Youth Inc. is life changing. It is opening up a world of opportunities for me. I am having amazing experiences and connecting with some awesome people!
Youth Inc. helped me realise that it’s worth doing what I want to do, rather than what other people think I should do.
Honestly, I don't think I’ve met people that are this kind and accepting anywhere else.
I’ve made lifelong friends here. Ive been able to lean into my passion of film photography.
Youth Inc. has not only inspired me to come out of my shell, but also accept the shell I was given.
